Is the migration really free?

Yes. We pull your Klaviyo lists, segments, flows, campaigns, profiles, and templates over the API. You keep your Klaviyo account active until you decide to switch.

Why is the free tier email-only?

SMS is the most expensive variable cost we carry. Free tier exists to get you using the product; paid plans unlock SMS.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the dashboard. Your data stays available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
